We are committed to offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, however, you are also welcome to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@gopamount.com, if your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions. Items sent back to us without contact will not be accepted.


In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

You have purchased the product directly from Gopamount.com.
You contact Gopamount and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date.
The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new condition, and be accompanied by a return authorization number.
We cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Refund

Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we will refund the full purchase price. It will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
